The inspection appeared to have missed badly deteriorated ductwork in the attic requiring extensive remediation. This is believed to have been a mistake due to appearance of the duct from a photo which could have been misinterpreted. - 9/19/2025

We hired Ryan from Integrity Inspection Services to do a residential home inspection on a potential house we were going to purchase. Ryan arrived just prior to scheduled time, got to work immediately, was very precise and methodical as he moved through the whole house.
